We do not guarantee that the product information or other content available on the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. However, we try our best to be as accurate as possible. Any and all statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

MEMBERSHIP

Arshan Persia is a private club. Entry is limited based on rules determined by AP&P LLC as well as those mentioned in the Terms of Service. Membership may be revoked if any of the Terms of Service are broken.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service for past or present disruptive behavior including but not limited to violence, hate, hostility, or otherwise disrespectful behavior.

PERMISSIONS

Registration and product sales are for persons who are 18 years old or older. If you are younger than 18 years old, by browsing the Site you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or guardian to do so. Sales are only permitted in the contiguous United States.

YOUR ACCOUNT

When you register an account, you will select an email address/username and password to be used to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms. Your email may be used for correspondence as it pertains to your order and or subscriptions.

​ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The products and subscriptions available on the site can only be delivered within the contiguous United States. Make sure to provide us with the correct shipping information and to update shipping information if you move. In the event that we offer subscriptions, your subscription will automatically continue on a monthly basis unless you cancel your subscription or we terminate it or if payment is not made. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree that your subscription will be subject to the above described automatic renewals. If a subscription has been purchased with promotional pricing, you understand that future monthly billing may increase due to the expiration of the promotion(s). You must provide us with a current, valid, and accepted method of payment to subscribe.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal care and made-to-order nature of Arshan Persia products, we have a strict policy of ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS. Your selected payment method will be charged at the time you place your order. All sales are final.

Arshan Persia is not responsible for any content generated by its users, or any third-party sources. We may censor or remove inappropriate content, but we are not obligated to do so.

SHIPPING AND PRE-ORDERS

Arshan Persia is a pre-order based business. Unless otherwise noted, products are expected to be shipped the week of the announced pre-order date.
